We collect data necessary to operate the service: full name, national ID or commercial registration number, mobile number, email address, vehicle and document data, and geolocation data during shipment execution.

We use your data to manage your account, process shipments and payments, improve our services, and comply with regulatory requirements. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3Data Protection
We apply high security standards: TLS encryption for data in transit, AES-256 encryption for data at rest, row-level security (RLS) policies at the database level, and regular daily backups.
4Data Sharing
We share only the minimum data necessary with service partners (carriers, shippers) to execute shipments. We also share required data with government authorities such as the Transport Authority, ZATCA, and Customs.
