By using the QeShip platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any provision, please refrain from using the platform and contact us for clarification.
1Definitions
"Platform" refers to qeship.com and its applications. "User" means any registered person. "Shipper" means a transport service requester. "Carrier" means a transport service provider. "Shipment" means any transport request created through the platform.
2Terms of Use
Users must be of legal age (18 years or older) and reside in a supported region. Users must provide accurate information during registration and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3Services Provided
QeShip enables: shipment order creation and carrier matching, fleet and trip management, request for quotation (RFQ), real-time tracking, ZATCA e-invoicing support (pending Phase 2 cryptographic signature), and government system integration.
4Shipper Responsibilities
The shipper undertakes to provide accurate descriptions of goods, weight, and dimensions, adhere to designated pickup times, and not ship prohibited materials or those requiring special permits without prior disclosure.
5Carrier Responsibilities
The carrier must hold a valid transport license, insure transported goods, adhere to agreed schedules, and document delivery through the electronic POD system.
6Payments & Settlement
Funds are held in escrow until delivery confirmation. Settlement occurs within 3-5 business days. In case of disputes, QeShip intervenes for arbitration according to approved procedures.
7Limitation of Liability
QeShip is a technology intermediary and bears no direct responsibility for cargo damage or delays, though we ensure fair settlement under the contract terms between parties. Maximum liability equals the insured shipment value.
8Amendments & Termination
QeShip reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days prior notice. Either party may terminate their account at any time. Data is retained for 5 years per tax authority requirements.
9Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In case of dispute, the courts of Riyadh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over matters arising from this agreement.
